The Oratory takes all possible precautions when handling private information in order to protect your privacy each time you use our services to research, donate or take part in one of the “Felice Romani” Association’s projects.

This page has the purpose of describing as clearly and thoroughly as possible how we manage personal data from users of the site, and visitors to the same site. This absolves functions prescribed by article 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree 30.06.2003, n. 196 for Internet users in regards to our site.
The Oratory of the Disciplinanti only treats personal data spontaneously provided by visitors to the site, for the purposes mentioned in the following paragraph. No data is treated without the visitor's knowledge.
This does not apply for other websites connected (linked) to ours, for which the Oratory declines all responsibility

Treatment of data in connection to web services offered through this website (physically hosted by Seeweb S.r.l takes place in the Association's office and only by collaborators of the same, charged with treating data by the Musical Association "Felice Romani", or, in the extraordinary case of maintenance interventions, by specialized technicians.
No data related to web services is communicated or broadcast in any way.
Personal data provided while requesting one of our services is only used to provide said service and is not communicated to third parties, unless it be required by law or absolutely necessary to provide said service.

Navigation data

Personal data is stored on paper or in computerized system for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose it has been collected for.
